AIMS presents Shrink Packaging Machine for wrapping the product in a skintight PVC / BOPP / LDPE film cover making the product totally air tight & giving the packing the same shape as the product itself.  

2 in 1 Shrink Packing Machine Model SPM-5540 where the sealing and shrinking is in single operation. Sliding film rack to receive film of various materials like POF (Polyolifin) or any thin shrinkable film in folded roll form. Transparent glass cement hood, making sealing and shrinking processes fully visible. Furnished with pinhole equipment for film rolling. Bleeding in-film air by gas flushing. Furnished with electromagnet. Gently press the upper cover to complete sealing and shrink packaging.

This model can be used for Packing confectioneries, cosmetics, books, magazines, stationery items, house hold goods, toys, gifts, promotional offers, cartons and multiple wrapping application.

Automatic L-Sealer with Shrink Tunnel Model LST-400 , which is a fully automatic, conveyorized L-Sealer and high-speed packing machine. The product is placed on the in feed conveyor from where it moves on to the sealing area. A special hot knife sealing system has been used for perfect quality seal and cutting. Film perforators are provided so that machine can be used for non-perforated films also. Suitable for Packing confectioneries, cosmetics, books, stationery items, household goods, toys, gifts, promotional offers, cartons and multiple wrapping application.

Shrink Packing Tunnel Model SPT-400 where the product is put into the PVC sleeve & passed through the tunnel, the conveyor moves the product through the heat chamber and the finished, sealed product comes out from the other side. These Machines find applications for Stationery, Sweets, Gift Packets, Confectionery, Welding Rods, Bottles, Cosmetics, etc.

I Bar Sealer / Cutter Model IBS-450 can be used to cut the shrink film into required sizes. After packing the objects with cut shrink film, put the packed objects into shrink packaging machine to complete the packaging process or manually use the Hot Air Gun onto object to shrink it. Provides tamper proof packing, humidity-free sealing, in Food Products & moisture sensitive products.
